Casa Mia in Lingen

First of all: we used to be regular customers here and I would without a doubt have called Casa Mia the best pizzeria in town ... But now we have been taught better! How complaints are dealt with here is just cheeky and has absolutely nothing to do with customer friendliness! After our last order, we asked politely whether the pizza day (every 26cm pizza for 5.50 €) had inadvertently not been taken into account on the invoice. Then it was only cheekily claimed that we had ordered a 30cm pizza! (Just stupid that the pizza box is just 30cmx30cm in size and the pizzas haven't touched its edge by far). From today we will be ordering our pizza again across the street !!!

A very good address for delicious pizzas or pasta dishes for many years. Also and especially the Indian dishes on offer are delicious. The staff is always friendly and the prices are also right! We like to be guests here or take the dishes home as take-away!

Greetings go out to the supplier Vollpfosten with brown short hair and glasses who thought he was standing in front of our entrance door so that no one could get through and then snooty and arrogant just do nothing. You deserve the slammed door! I'm already sorry for the pizzeria to have such a supplier.

Best pizza ever!

We have been customers at CASA MIA for years !!! Today I had black HAIR in my pasta and just wanted to make the OWNER aware of it. She called immediately after the driver picked up the dish. Instead of receiving an apology, the boss PRONOUNCED on the phone personally that it was MINE and we only wanted the order for FREE! in the end the MONEY wasn't even important to us, so we told the driver! It was the last time we ordered there! We don't need it if there is such a lack of hygiene to let us stupidly turn it on from the side! We didn't want to write a bad review about the restaurant, but this owner's lack of clarity made us tell everyone our story! preferably (- 10 stars), but unfortunately that is not possible. The pizzas, casseroles and Indian food are delicious and plentiful. The restaurant is too cuddly for me, but we very much like to order here.

It was really a great evening. Super delicious food. The service was the blast. All very nice and attentive. The staff has a lot of sense of humor. It was really fun again. Gladly again.
